How quickly can you deliver ?

      1. Do i have to pay to book an appliances ?  
        No. You only pay when product is delivered to you.
      2. How do i pay?  
        Cash, GPAY, PHONEPE, AMAZONPay, Bank transfer, credit card, debit card
      3. Who will maintain the equipment?
        just call us we will take care.
      4. If equipment fails when will i get replacement?
        immediately. maximum time within 48hours if problem not resolved will be replaced.
      5. KYC DOCUMENTS ? my KYC not at address i want rental ?
        Any two proofs:- Aadhar, Driving license, Voter ID, Company ID, Pan card. No problem if you are not able to give local KYC
      6. Is there an agreement ?

        Yes, you need to sign the Terms and Conditions provided which will be delivered along with product.

      7. How much rent do I need to pay and when ?                                                                                                                                                  Customers are requested to pay rent for the products on or before 8th of succeeeding month.
      8. When i return product how will you return security deposit and and will you deduct any charges?                                                Online transfer to your bank account after product reaches our office. No deductions
      9. Sanitizing and cleaning- In what shape will products be?                                                                                                                                           All products are cleaned, sanitized and packed in shrink plastic sheet. nothing to worry about.
      10. If product fails due to wear and tear who is responsible. If plastic part breaks who is to pay                                                                  We are responsible for normal wear and tear of products. If product fails you will get a replacement. If plastic part is broken by customer will have to pay for that but this will be handled on a case to case basis if it is considered as regular wear and tear nothing will be charged.
      11. If change of house in same city what will be charged ?                                                                                                                                        Only Handling charges like Transport and for airconditioner, reinstallation charges will be charged.
      12. Do i have to tip your personnel for service?                                                                                                                                                               NO your monthly rental charges covers all service charges. Their is no need to tip any personnel.
      13. Can product be Hired / Rented for short period ?                                                                                                                                                   YES but minimum rental period rental will apply which is different for each product whether Split Airconditioner, Window Airconditioner, Fridges, Washing machines and LED TV’s.
